The service is designed to sustain a coherent match between the remote data collection standards and procedures and storage methods to maintain an uninterrupted RTA data access. This is achieved through the a strict compliance of RTA operations and client systems with the Open Quality Standards Initiative (OQSI) recomendations (see Standards & due diligence).
RTA uses the Plasma DataBase which is seamlessly integrated with DScript. Plasma is a NoSQL object oriented database which combines flexibility with the ability to handle extremely complex and changing data sets while maintaining a transparent access to all data.
Besides providing access to data formatted by end users systems as read only reports, RTA can provide software modules to support the mangement of remote processes, data management and a wide range of decision support systems including process design, optimisation and oversight.
